Heathcote District Football Netball League finals are upon us and as such there are a slew of interesting match-ups ahead across a range of locations to decide who captures the flag in 2025.

The first weekend of finals, Saturday, August 23 and Sunday, August, 24 will see teams duke it out in the qualifying final and elimination final, respectively.
The qualifying final will be played at Gunbower Recreation Reserve, where second-placed Mt Pleasant and third-placed Colbinabbin will battle it out in senior football to decide who will play ladder leader North Bendigo in the second semi-final on Saturday, August 30 in a match that will determine who gets fast tracked into the grand final.
The senior football elimination final on Sunday will be played at North Bendigo Oval between fourth-placed Huntly and fifth-placed Leitchville-Gunbower with the loser being eliminated and the winner playing whoever loses the qualifying final in the first semi-final on Sunday, August 31.
The locations of both semi-finals have been set, but may be subject to change depending on results, Colbinabbin Recreation Reserve and Strauch Reserve will be the grounds where the games are played, but which semi-final will be played on which ground is still to be confirmed.
Colbinabbin is undefeated in 2025 heading into the A-grade netball finals.

The preliminary final will be held on Saturday, September 6 at Elmore Recreation Reserve between the loser of the second semi-final and the winner of the first to decide who the other grand finalist will be.
Finally, the league will head back to Strauch Reserve for the grand final on Saturday, September 13.
It will be the same format and locations for the A-grade netballers with the first round match-ups currently set.
White Hills will takes on Mt Pleasant at Gunbower Recreation Reserve on Saturday, while Elmore and Huntly will slug it out at North Bendigo Oval on Sunday.
The winner of the Demons and Mounts game will play Colbinabbin in the second semi, while the loser will take on either the Bloods or Hawks in the first semi.
