Our students participate in a broad range of events through the School Sport Victoria (SSV) structure, which includes competition at Campaspe Division, Loddon Mallee Region, and State Championship levels. Whether students are just starting out or ready to take on elite challenges, St Joseph’s College ensures they have a place to grow and thrive.
We also proudly support our wider school community, offering to “top up” other teams across theCampaspe region to ensure participation and sportsmanship always come first.
Our sports program is built around structured opportunities for all year levels:
Junior Teams (Years 7–8)
Intermediate Teams (Years 9–10)
Senior Teams (Years 11–12)
With a strong focus on both team and individual sports, students compete in:
Netball
Football
Cricket
Soccer
Basketball
Tennis
Plus individual events such as swimming, cross country and athletics.
St Joseph’s also competes in elite pathways such as the SSV Premier League and Victorian Schools Netball Championships, giving senior footballers and netballers a state-level platform to shine.
Through strategic partnerships with AFL Victoria, Bendigo Pioneers, Bendigo Strikers, and expert umpiring mentors, we provide authentic pathways for students to pursue their sporting goals.
