Council seeks feedback on customer and library services
Murray River Council is asking residents to share their thoughts on how they like to connect with council and library services through a short customer service survey.
The quick, two-minute survey asks community members how and when they prefer to get in touch and provides space for general feedback about customer and library service experiences.
Residents can complete the survey online, by speaking to customer service staff on the phone, or when visiting a customer service centre or library.
