“Our youngest volunteer, Belinda, is organising the night with support from myself and the Crossenvale volunteers and some of her friends from Bendigo TAFE,” Crossenvale Community House house manager Rob Foran said.
The free event will take place at 28 Boothman St, Echuca, from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, with activities moving indoors if wet weather occurs.
“There will be activities, decorations and of course, there will be lollies,” Mr Foran said.
The event will feature a photobooth, Zooper Doopers and potentially a haunted house attraction.
Participants, including children and adults, are encouraged to wear scary costumes.

The Halloween Spooktacular is being organised by Belinda Threlfall, who will incorporate the event planning into her VCE Vocational Major studies at Bendigo TAFE.
“Belinda has got her basic plans and we have given her a little budget,” Mr Foran said.
“The organisation of this will hopefully contribute to their VCE VM, vocational major, through work-related skills and personal development.”
Children, along with grown-ups who want to, are invited to wear their scariest costumes to join in the fun, with parents accompanying children.
