Infrastructure plan adopted
Five documents that will guide Gannawarra Shire Council’s decision-making about the construction and renewal of assets have been adopted.
The Asset Plan 2025-2035 and related sub-plans for buildings, open space, stormwater and transport outline the council’s long-term infrastructure planning.
It also outlines the council’s projected expenditure for asset management over the next ten years, and future projects the council plans to undertake.

Outdoor pool countdown
Preparations are under way for the 2025-26 outdoor swimming pool season in Cohuna, set to open on Monday, November 10 from 3pm.
Over the last two months, Gannawarra Shire Council staff have maintained the pool and beautified the surrounds.
Lifeguard team members have also undergone training to accommodate for the expected influx of visitors.
