The event was held at Yarrawonga Showgrounds on October 18 and 19.
The purpose of the show was to give members an opportunity to proudly display their orchids, compare them with others and learn how they could improve.
Two women from the club were the proud winners of multiple awards for their exquisite entries.
Maree Brown was awarded overall champion orchid of the show, best specimen in the show, best orchid by an open exhibitor and best cymbidium in the show.

Ms Cooper was shocked when she found out she had won.

The show is usually held in September but due to unforeseen circumstances had to be held in October this year.
“Most of the cymbidiums had finished flowering but it gave us the opportunity to display orchids which flower later and included some Australian native orchids,” Ms Cooper said.
“For a small club of only 17 members we presented a lovely display and had a very good attendance over the weekend.
“Our members come from a wide area from Tocumwal to Albury to Wodonga, Oxley and many places in between.”
