Maged Fouad Farag, 61, was first accused in September 2024 of molesting one victim during a job trial at his clinic in Rockdale in southern Sydney.
He was charged with aggravated sexual touching as well as causing a person to take an intoxicating substance in order to commit a serious offence over the alleged incident.
However, as his case returned to Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday, the number of alleged victims has grown to three.
Farag - who is out on bail - did not attend court.
His lawyer said negotiations between the dentist's legal team and prosecutors had been derailed by a fresh charge of aggravated sexual touching of a separate victim which had been brought on January 6.
This count brings the number of alleged offences against Farag up to seven, dating back to 2019.
The 61-year-old is now accused of recording intimate images of the job trainee and further sexually touching her - both without her consent.
He also allegedly sexually assaulted and sexually touched a second female  without her consent, and sexually touched a third woman.
None of the alleged victims can be named for legal reasons.
Farag has yet to enter any pleas.
His case will next come before court on March 3.
He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Cairo University and sat dental exams in Australia in 1996, operating here since.
