EDNA will have four main spring competitions, with Spring Junior starting August 19, Senior and Mixed in mid-July, and a walking competition up and running on October 8.
The walking competition is unique, as players are not allowed to run or jump, and is typically played by those 15 years and older.
For the much younger players, there is plenty as well, mainly through the Saturday competitions that will start on May 2.
EDNA has an extensive Saturday program, with the NET comp for five to seven year-olds, SET for Grade 2 primary school students, GO for Grades 3 and 4, GOLD and NAVY for Grades 5 and 6, and the junior section for Year 7 and up.

As always, there will also be numerous opportunities for teams to compete at representative tournaments, with the first such event occurring on March 29 in Albury.
Other tournaments are being held in Shepparton on April 19, Altona on May 3 and Bendigo on May 31.
EDNA will host a tournament in between the Altona and Bendigo editions on May 17, and in a notable development for local players, Echuca will also host this year’s Northern Association Championships in June.

The vast array of offerings also includes a Primary School Tournament on May 29, which is open to all primary schools interested in entering a team to compete.
There are currently still a couple of weekly competitions ongoing from the summer/autumn season, with the Senior and Mixed concluding in June.
There is still plenty of time to register for the winter season at EDNA, and this can be done by either downloading the registration form at edna.org.au or emailing the netball office at edna1@iinet.net.au or calling the office on 54 801 725.
