First thing is connections, just girls wanting to connect with other girls and create a really good team culture.

What’s the biggest strength of this squad?

We have girls that are new to the club and new to this league, so other teams might be a bit unsure about what they're coming up against, which will be useful for us.

Where can this team improve the most?

Our aim is to improve by winning more games and keeping a solid team. Last year we struggled for numbers.
