The much-loved community event will feature activities for all ages, including a barbecue, refreshments, ice-cream stall, cake stall and various children's events.
Mathoura Events Committee president Pam Fitzpatrick said the fair carried significant community heritage.
“The Mathoura Easter Fair has been going for 70-plus years and is held Easter Saturday annually,” she said.
“The Mathoura Events Committee has hosted the Easter Fair for the last eight years.
“Previous to Mathoura Events Committee taking on the Easter Fair, other organisations of Mathoura have run the event.”
Children's activities will be free thanks to numerous sponsors.
“There will be jumping castles, face painting, airbrush tattoos, Easter egg hunt (for ages) 0-6 and 7-12 years, egg and spoon race, sack race and best decorated Easter bike,” Mrs Fitzpatrick said.
The popular Tug-O-War competition returns with substantial prize money.
“Our favourite Tug-O-War returns so get your teams together and join in the fun,” Mrs Fitzpatrick said.
“The total Tug-O-War prize pool is $3250, including a women's prize pool of $700.”
Tug-O-War is popular among men and women, with a big prize pool.

Additional attractions include an Easter raffle, varied market stalls and entertainment.
At the fair, the Mathoura Football Netball Club will sell duck tickets for the Easter Sunday Duck Race at Picnic Point.
Community support remains strong despite economic challenges.
Mrs Fitzpatrick thanked a long list of local organisations and businesses for contributing to the event's success.
“The community of Mathoura have always helped with the Mathoura Easter Fair, whether they cook or donate, organisations and businesses share our posts and supply items that are required for the event day,” Mrs Fitzpatrick said.
The committee notes the event is weather-dependent and appreciates continued community support amid rising fuel costs.
