Police are seeking public assistance to help locate 16-year-old Jasmina.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said the Seymour teenager had not been seen since about 1am on Monday, March 21.
She is believed to be travelling on foot in the Seymour area.
Jasmina is described as 160cm tall, thin build with shoulder-length curly brown hair.
She usually wears dark clothing.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and medical condition.
Anyone who sees Jasmina is urged to contact 000 or Seymour Police Station on 5735 0200.
