Hosting a Euroa side coming off a round one win, Echuca ensured they were straight off the mark after a slow start against Rochester.
Wing Attack Greta Pearson snared a second straight best-on-court accolade in strong win, and is making her presence felt in A-grade.
The two sides engaged in a cagey first quarter, with Echuca taking a 14-9 advantage into the first break.
The Murray Bombers pulled away in the second quarter however, as coach and Echuca centre Steph Vick exerted her influence on the contest.
A 14-goal advantage turned into a 19-goal buffer at the final break after a scintillating third quarter, and a 12 goal to seven final term sealed a strong win over the Magpies, taking Echuca’s record to 2-0.
Echuca’s goal-shooters were back to their accurate best, with Bianca Willis continuing her strong start to the season in attack.
Euroa defenders Tylah Marchbank and Eliza Hoare worked hard to stifle the Echuca front-court while Karly Wappett also put in a strong showing.
The Murray Bombers will have a chance to make it three wins running when they face Kyabram in the Anzac round this Saturday, April 23.
Kyabram played out a thrilling draw against Rochester in Good Friday netball.
