Slip, slop and slapping the golf ball

Moama Steamers: Liam Fleming, Stuart Whyte, Kevin Anderson and Luke Carter raised more than $8000, with a $4000 contribution from the Moama Bowling Club, for their 72-hole marathon golf day.

Fourteen golfers tackled the East and West courses of Rich River Golf Club in the name of the Cancer Council on Friday, for its annual Longest Day fundraising event.
