Avid readers have the chance to read what many of Australia's biggest stars would say to their own mums, with the release of a new book, Dear Mum.
On Sunday, April 18, award-winning actor Samuel Johnson is headed for Echuca to celebrate the release of the book which he spearheaded and edited.
Hosted at the Echuca library, the Love Your Sister's Mothers’ Day Stall will give fans a chance to receive a signed copy of the book.
With Johnson wrangling more than 90 of Australia’s most notable names into writing letters to their mums, Dear Mum is a warm and emotional assembly of letters celebrating the importance of mothers.
Even better, it raises much needed money for cancer research, with funds going towards Love Your Sister, which was founded by Johnson and his sister Connie, who has since passed.
The event will run from 1.30pm-3pm.
Johnson and the Love Your Sister crew will also visit Kyabram earlier in the day, with a stall set up at the Ritches IGA car park from 10am-11.30am.
