McMahon’s Place will increase Echuca’s housing stock by more than 10%, helping to improve affordability and access for local families, key workers, and new residents. The project is expected to generate significant economic benefits for the region, supporting nearly 5,000 jobs across construction, trades, transport, and local services, and injecting around $1.6 billion into the broader economy.
Resi Ventures Director and Co-Founder Khurram Saeed said the development reflects the potential of local collaboration and long-term vision.“We’re proud to deliver on Barry and Kathleen McMahon’s vision for this land — a place where future generations will grow,” he said.
As part of the‘Love Echuca. Live Echuca.’ campaign, Resi Ventures is also offering a $25,000 discount on land lots for local buyers.
Construction on Stages 1 and 2 is now underway, with titles expected in late 2026, allowing the first residents to move in soon after.
When complete, McMahon’s Place will offer a mix of home sizes, parks, green spaces, and connections to future schools, shops, and services, creating a complete, vibrant neighbourhood just five minutes from Echuca town centre.
