And what better way to do so than with a fresh, aromatic Christmas tree from the Tatura Lions Club’s annual tree drive?
Once again, the Tatura Lions Club is thrilled to present its traditional tree drive, offering an array of fresh, vibrant, and real Christmas trees that range from 1.8 metres to 2.1 metres in height, available at the affordable price of $85 per tree.
Tatura Lions Club volunteer Malcolm Campbell said the yearly tradition was a fantastic fundraiser for Tatura’s community.
“All proceeds from the tree sales go directly back into our wonderful community,” Malcolm said.
“And who doesn’t love the look and smell of a real tree in your home?
“It’s a magical time of year, and we are happy to be doing it again.”
Mark your calendars for the collection dates on Saturday, December 2 and 9, between 11am and 1pm, at the Mactier Gardens, opposite the police station on Hogan St, Tatura.
For added convenience, delivery options are available for a fee of $10 per tree within a 10km radius of Tatura or $20 for locations further out of town.
To order your Christmas tree and give back to the community, please call Glenda on 0411 298 113 or Malcolm on 0429 683 775.
