She is a granddaughter for Sue and Daryl Bassett of Kyabram and Neil and Michelle Maudsley of Girgarre.

LITTLE SISTER: Laura and Ashley Neal of Echuca have welcomed their daughter, Arlette Lacy, to the world.

Arlette was born at Echuca hospital at 12.55pm on September 5, weighing 3430g (7lb 9oz).

She is a sister for Thea, 2, and granddaughter for Margaret and Terry Neal and Janyce and Phil Rosin, all of Echuca.
