Echuca's Wharparilla Lodge listed as Tier 1 exposure site

The fully vaccinated staff member tested positive on Thursday, August 26, sending the facility into lockdown. 

All staff and residents have since tested negative over the weekend. 

Aldi Echuca is also listed as Tier 2 exposure site on August 20 between 5.10pm and 5.55pm. Anyone who attended the store during this time should get tested urgently and isolate until they receive a negative result. 

The case is linked to the Shepparton cluster and the Wharparilla Lodge worker does not live in Echuca. 

COVID-19 testing is available at Rotary Park at 1 Rose St, Echuca, seven days a week from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
