Hosted by Greater Shepparton City Council, the festival will offer free activities for those aged 12 to 25 across the region, transforming the former Victorian Youth Week into a vibrant, youth-led celebration.
Local youth organisations, council departments, GV Libraries and the Victorian Government's Amplify program have partnered to deliver this initiative.
City of Greater Shepparton Mayor Shane Sali highlighted the festival’s significance for young people.
“Youth Fest is about giving young people a reason to get out, have fun and try something new,” he said.
“From live performances and digital technology to art workshops and social catch-ups, there's something for everyone.”
