Hold tight - we’re checking permissions before loading more content Victoria Police said the 71-year-old man was found dead in the backyard of his High St home about 9.30am today. “We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends,” Premier Daniel Andrews said. “We’ll stand with that family and all the families affected by the floods.” SES crews are on the scene and police are attempting to get to the property which is currently blocked off due to floodwater. The exact circumstances surrounding the death are yet to be determined. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
