The Deniliquin Croquet Club resumed Wednesday, although post-Easter celebrations kept numbers down.
There were eleven members playing croquet, with no three-game winners.
However, Terry Murphy was declared the winner on a countback from the other two-game achievers.
These included Brad Fawns, Alan Higgins, Andy Davis, Fred Littmann and Brian Dudley.
There were seven jump shots, with Fred Littmann and Andy Davis scoring three each and Alan Higgins scoring one shot.
The regional Champion of Champions singles competition as being played in Shepparton this week, concluding after the Pastoral Times went to print yesterday.
John James was playing in Division 1, Mary James in Division 2, and Rod Fawns in Division 3.
Croquet continues each Sunday and Wednesday, 8.30am assembly for a 9am start.
