Participants at the charity day, which welcomes all cars and bikes, will depart from the Memorial Gardens in Kyabram at 11.30am before cruising to the Undera Hotel for a feed.
What started as a small gathering of just 20 cars has grown each year, with the 2025 event packing out the Undera Hotel.
Dementia advocate and event organiser Mick Simpson said the family-friendly event was all about raising awareness for a condition that has a huge impact on people in the region.
“The Goulburn Valley region has the highest ratings for dementia,” Mr Simpson said.
Participants are encouraged to “bring a smile” and a donation of their choice to enter the event and support people living with dementia and their carers.
