Transport professionals and enthusiasts will converge on Deniliquin from October 24-26 this year for a huge weekend in celebration of the industry.
Events include the Deniliquin & District Transport Industry Wall of Fame dinner at the Deniliquin RSL Club on the Friday night.
On Saturday, the Deniliquin Truck Show and Modified Tractor Pull will roar into action at the famous Deniliquin Ute Muster site.
The weekend concludes with a transport industry memorial service, to remember those lost form the industry, at the Legend’s Rest rest stop on Davidson St, Deniliquin, where the Wall of Fame and memorial wall stands.
The gala Wall of Fame dinner is not only a chance to celebrate local legends who will be inducted in 2025.
It’s also a great opportunity to hear form guests speakers, including ‘Sludge’ from Outback Truckers.
Saturday’s Deniliquin Truck Show & Industry Expo is famed for its dazzling display of chrome-covered rigs - all vying for show ‘n’ shine glory - family-friendly entertainment, raffles, auctions, and a community atmosphere that celebrates the transport industry.
The addition of a modified tractor-pull at this year’s show will add serious muscle to the mix.
Expect roaring engines, billowing smoke, and fierce competition as local legends and seasoned pullers go head-to-head in one of the most thrilling additions in history to the Deniliquin Truck Show.
Open to the public from 11am to 10pm, tickets are $20 for anyone over 16, with free entry for under 16s with an adult ticket holder.
Camping on site is being offered this year, for an additional cost of $30.
