A 30-year-old Echuca man was arrested in the town’s east this morning, with multiple police officers involved in the operation.

An officer from Echuca Police Station said the man had been charged with numerous driving and property offences.

Around 8.20am on Wednesday, February 4, officers could be seen at the northern end of Mitchell St, where a resident said they had a presence for around 20 minutes, before heading swiftly to Sutton St.
The man was bailed to appear at Echuca Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
