The expo is a chance for visitors to explore the world of natural healing, with a range of stalls and workshops available.
The expo will help raise money for STEPS Echuca and PUSPADI Bali, a charity that makes prosthetic legs for people from remote or impoverished areas of Bali and East Indonesia.
In 2024, members of the New Soul Earth group travelled to Bali to donate 40 food parcels and fund the creation of eight new prosthetic legs.
New Soul Earth group founder Annette Prendergast said aside from raising money, the expo was also about giving back to the community.
“A group of us got together, and we thought, how can we bring the community together in a positive way?” she said.
“We thought, we can look after the community, look after people’s health and also raise money for the charities that we’re interested in.”
Mrs Prendergast practises energy healing and is also an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.
She will be one of many natural and spiritual presenters hosting workshops on the day.
Other guest speakers include death doulas Yvonne Kiel and Denise Love, astrologer Peter Minchin, medium Granny Boho, Nutrimetics consultant Julie Harding and masseuse Jutta Clarke.
Attendees can also enjoy sound bowl healing sessions, a women’s circle, a self-love with intuition workshop, a mindfulness session, a dance workshop and breath work sessions.
There will be stalls selling crystals, tallow creams, magnesium oils, tarot card readings and more.
Mrs Prendergast said the expo would give attendees options beyond traditional doctors for those seeking alternative healing options.
“If we don’t get our mind in a healthy place, our body won’t be in a healthy place, so that’s another reason for this expo — it’s to help with healing of both mind and body,” she said.
“We’re trying to cover everything and give people options, too; if they can’t get into their doctor, there are other things that might help them as well.
“They’re going to definitely come away a lot more nurtured ... and they will have learnt so much if they pop into these presentations, and it’s just going to be a really high vibrational day.”
Guests can purchase food on the day, including a Devonshire tea, homemade slices and toasties.
The expo will be held on Sunday, September 28 at the Echuca Neighbourhood House from 10am to 5pm.
Entry to the expo will cost $10 per adult and $5 for concession or pensioners.
