The latest exhibition for locals and visitors to enjoy is Echuca-Moama Artists’ ‘Face-time’.
The exhibition is on at Alton Gallery, with works recently judged by Campaspe Shire Council arts and culture co-ordinator Kris Tito.
The winner was Anne Paul, with her work All in One.
‘’This painting is a clever play on our contemporary realities and worries,’’ Ms Tito said in her comments.

‘’Young people connecting with technology such as Facebook/snapchat etc; there is a loss of time because of constant scrolling.’’
Two artistic merit awards were also presented.
‘’The First Nation Elder holds the knowledge of his ancestors. The moving sun depicts the passage of time,’’ Ms Tito said of Heather Stanmore’s AWealth of Knowledge.
‘’Clever interpretation of past time in Melbourne with the clocks in the background,’’ described Veronica Lamb’s Gabriel at Flinders St.
Around 10 members of the Echuca-Moama Artists group are presenting a total of 40 paintings and one sculpture.
The exhibition will be open Fridays and Saturdays at Alton Gallery, Hare St, Echuca until the end of June. Entry is free.
