The result of Sunday’s preliminary final — which saw Stanhope defeat LBU — has been voided, with Stanhope removed from the grand final.
It is believed an issue arose due to a player being fielded who had not qualified to play in the side.
According to association president Mark Mills, the issue has been taken to Tennis Victoria.
At time of print, a modified preliminary final between LBU and Kyabram had been scheduled for the morning of the grand final, with the winner advancing to play original grand finalist Rochester for the premiership.
