Honest feedback wanted on council customer service

Council is calling on community members to relay feedback about its customer experience through a survey.

The survey seeks feedback about the ease of contacting council, how residents prefer council to communicate and overall experiences within council services.

It can be completed online or in person, with council holding a series of engagement sessions across the shire in the coming weeks.

These pop-ups will give people the chance to speak directly with council staff, ask questions and share their experiences.

Community members will also be able to express their interest in joining a focus group that will play a crucial role in shaping the new strategy, with council keen to make sure a broad cross-section of the community is represented.

Mayor Daniel Mackrell encouraged community members to have their say.

“We want to hear directly from the people who use our services — whether that’s residents, ratepayers, businesses or visitors,” he said.

“Your experiences matter, and your feedback will help shape a customer experience that truly meets community expectations.”

The survey closes on Sunday, March 15 and can be accessed online at campaspe.vic.gov.au/nowopen or in person at the engagement sessions.
