Laptops, phone and keys stolen

Police are investigating the break-in of a Deniliquin service provider.

The George St building was accessed about 6.30am on December 29.

Police said items reported stolen include two HP laptops, a Samsung mobile phone, HP cord station, BP fuel card and set of Toyota Yaris car keys.

Fined for unsecured load

A man has been fined for driving with an unsecured load, and ordered to pay a $562 penalty.

Police stopped the ute he was driving on Hardinge St, Deniliquin about 12.32am on January 3.

Police allege the man had a roll of fencing wire, star pickets and drills in the ute tray, which were not secured.

“In the interest of all road users safety, police are warning the public to secure vehicle loads,” Detective Acting Inspector Mark Tanzini said.
