"From the first time I met Raquel, one of my community support workers, nothing has been too much trouble for her,” Sheena said.
“She is so helpful and kind, always with a smile on her face. She takes an interest in me, and always asks how I’m doing and if there’s anything I need. Living on my own, I can’t do everything myself, and Raquel’s help around the house is invaluable.”
For Wendy, the ability to maintain her independence was paramount when choosing her aged care provider.
“The support I receive from my CSWs at Intereach, like Jess, is just fantastic. I get help with my shopping, which keeps me independent and able to live in my own home for as long as possible, which is very important to me,” she said.
