A man is being taken to Bendigo Hospital in a non-critical condition by ambulance after a car rollover in Bamawm this afternoon.

About 2 pm, ambulance services were called to Bamawm Rd near Strathallan Rd; an air ambulance was dispatched but the patient has been transported by road.
Rochester’s SES unit attended the incident, and a spokesperson said the car had gone off the road into some trees.
“Our volunteers sought to stabilise the vehicle and extricate the passenger which was made a little more complex by the location and position of the vehicle which was upside down,” they said.
