Road trip: This classic Mini Cooper was part of a convoy of old and new Minis that passed through Benalla on Thursday, March 3. The convoy was taking the route of the old Hume Hwy from Melbourne to Sydney to celebrate 60 years since the fist Mini was produced in Australia.
A convoy of new and classic Minis stopped in Benalla en route from Melbourne to Sydney on Thursday, March 3.
The cars drew a crowd to the Botanical gardens with locals keen to see the cars before they headed off.
Minis Down Under 2021, was forced to set off 12 months late thanks to COVID-19 restrictions.
The convoy celebrated 60 years since the first Mini was produced in Sydney and followed the route of the old Hume Hwy.
