The plan is for students to return on alternate days for the next two weeks.
Kinder (equivalent to Prep in Victorian schools) Year 1 and 2 students in primary and the Year 11 and 12 students in secondary will attend on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
While years 3-10 will attend on Tuesday and Thursday.
“There has been some discussion in the media that the school should transition back with only 25 per cent of students on the campus at any one time. This is the guideline being recommended for schools in Sydney,” principal Carmel Spry said in a letter to parents.
“We are fortunate to be in a different environment where we have a lot of space both inside and out.
“However, if there is an increase of infection in the community or a direct case at Moama Anglican Grammar, we will review these plans.
"On the days when students are learning from home we will continue the routine of a check in during the morning.
"Students will then continue with learning at home via the methods teachers have been using for the last few weeks.
"Students may also bring home other learning tasks after their day at school for them to complete.
“To minimise adult to adult contact we ask that parents drop their child/ren at any of the school entrances.
“We will introduce a drop off and pick up system in the Primary school carpark. Staff will be on duty in these areas to assist and ensure the safety of children in the car park.
“Please do not walk children to the classroom door or wait in the afternoons at the door for them.”
In the letter principal Spry said the school envisaged having all students return to normal classes on May 18.
