Murray River Council calls on locals to get involved in Community Strategic Plan

MURRAY River Council is seeking feedback for its Community Strategic Plan.

As part of the process, council is offering residents a place at their “virtual” town hall meeting on April 30.

There will be two sessions, starting at noon and 7pm, with people able to register at yoursay.murrayriver.nsw.gov.au/csp

“Over the next 18 months, we will be working with you to gather your aspirations and priorities for your local area that will form the long-term vision for Murray River and build our Community Strategic Plan,” council said.

“So far, we’ve fleshed out some early ideas on our purpose, long-term aspiration and what our goals could be.

“Our Community Strategic Plan needs to reflect what matters most to you, our community — it's your plan and we want to hear from you.

“Each week we will be asking you a different question about the plan.

“If you want to understand what we will do with your ideas and how all this works, then join us in a ‘virtual’ town hall meeting.”

You will need to register or sign in to receive the link for the meeting.
