Roads back open as river levels drop

Raftery Rd, Kialla, has also been reopened, but Bridge Rd, Toolamba between Newnham Rd and Wren St remains closed.

As of Wednesday afternoon (January 17), a number of shared paths, parks and reserves — as well as KidsTown, Mooroopna and the Australian Botanical Gardens in Kialla — are also still closed.

The Victoria Park Lake Caravan Park has reopened, while earlier this week the Peter Ross-Edwards Causeway returned to its normal speed limits and Aquamoves Shepparton also reopened.
