President Debbie Bish, with the assistance of District 9800 governor elect Philip Archer, inducted president elect Heather Watson to the position of president.
This will be the eighth time Heather has taken the helm of the Rotary Club of Rochester.
Heather looks forward to working with the members of the club and the wider Rochester community.
