Locally owned and operated, Xtreme Marine offers professional quality service and sales of all makes and models of boats and personal watercraft for water enthusiasts, from the leisurely angler to the extreme watersports person.
Xtreme Marine owner Paul Eade said the business was the only dedicated full marine shop in Echuca.
The business has been operating in town for 20 years and sells Harris pontoon luxury boats, Horizon aluminium boats and is an agent for Mercury outboard engines.
“We sell all boating accessories from water sports to chandlery — all the marine accessories you will ever need,” Mr Eade said.
“It is always important to offer people the advice that they need to get into the correct boat, rather than buying a boat that is not suited to their needs or requirements.”
For anyone thinking about a boat for Christmas, maybe for a spot of fishing or taking the kids out for a day on the water, Mr Eade recommends looking at the Horizon Stryker, with a 50- or 60-horsepower engine.
“Mercury are the leaders in the industry offering a full range of outboards from 2.5 horsepower to 600 horsepower,” he said.
“We do carry a fair amount of stock, so there is still time to get an outboard for a Christmas present.”
As part of the service at Xtreme Marine, staff offer on-site servicing of houseboats and on-river breakdowns.
They are only too happy to help with any of your boat maintenance needs, including basic annual service, electrical issues and steering and complex mechanical repairs.
“We service all makes and models of boats, including inboards and outboards, from fishing boats through to ski boats, to performance boats,” Mr Eade said.
“We maintain the outboards to full factory standards to make sure you have a trouble-free time on the water.”
Xtreme Marine is a fully authorised Mercury and Mercruiser service centre, with the staff taking pride in their up to date boating knowledge.
The modern showroom is filled with all the boating accessories you will ever need, with parts, skis and ski gear, water sports gear and life jackets for the whole family.
“We have everything to get you into the water and keep you up and running and to enjoy your day on the water,” Mr Eade said.
