A partygoer was left unconscious at the weekend after allegedly being assaulted by a group of boys in Echuca.

Echuca police are investigating an incident that allegedly took place at a large youth party on Latham Rd, Echuca, in the early hours of Sunday, March 22.
A police spokesperson said two partygoers were assaulted by “a group of boys” about 12.30am.
One person was allegedly kicked in the head and knocked unconscious.
Another, while defending their unconscious friend, was kicked and stomped on.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson told The Riv that Advanced Life Support paramedics were called to the scene.
The spokesperson said a male teenager was transported to Echuca Regional Health with upper body injuries and in a stable condition.
Police are appealing for eyewitnesses who may have seen the assault or know anyone to do with the incident.
