Introducing WW Freestyle.
Coming to Echuca Regional Health, the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) program supports locals to reach their weight-loss goals through healthy living.
And according to wellness coach Julie Harding, it’s their most liveable program yet.
‘‘With over 200 Zero Point Foods, the flexibility and livability has never been better,’’ she said.
‘‘We inspire healthy habits for real life. We are equipped to support you with all types of goals; weight loss, mindset shift, moving more or learning how to eat differently.’’
ERH will be offering WW workshops every Thursday afternoon where members can receive a personalised wellness check-in centred on self-reflection and the recognition of healthy habits — as ‘‘scales are not the only definition of success’’.
WW wellness coaches Tracey Pollock and Julie will be there to offer support along the way, along with other members who are like-minded, friendly and motivational for support in the workshops.
‘‘The WW philosophy of health and wellness is a perfect fit with Echuca Regional Health’s vision of supporting everyone to be healthy and live well,’’ ERH director of education Catherine Lees said.
‘‘We are delighted to have the WW Freestyle program holding its weekly wellness workshops here in the Education Centre,’’ Dr Lees said.
The WW workshops will be held every Thursday at 5.30pm at the ERH Education Centre.
