The next stage of construction works to upgrade the stormwater drainage network along Marungi St, Shepparton, will start soon.

After completion of stage one of the project, stage two works will begin on Monday, January 12, with traffic changes in place.
The eastbound section of the roundabout at Nixon and Marungi St is closed, with movement through the rest of the roundabout — and Marungi St — still open.
The closure will be for one to two weeks, pending construction progress.
Council will try to maintain access to private properties throughout the construction period.
Road users and pedestrians are reminded to follow all on-site signage, detours and direction provided by traffic controllers during the works.
Project completion is expected by the end of March, weather permitting.
