Echuca United hosted Congupna on what was a beautiful day for footy.
The Eagles played a great team game and came away with a convincing 51-14 win.
The round’s votes went to Ethan Murphy, Linc Masters, Archie Hannasky, Xan Spiers and Oaklei Luke.
Echuca United under-17’s
The thirds had a convincing win against Congupna, showing off some of the benefits of the structure they have been working on at training and a respect for what they have learnt.
Awards winners included best-on-ground Jackson Lewis, Dallas Price, Charlie Bird, Sam Chapman, Levi Tran and Jude Phyland.

Moama under-12s
Moama Black hosted Tongala Blue in Moama last Sunday morning.
In the first half, Moama showed great teamwork, pushing forward at every opportunity. Benji Carfoot was superb in the centre and Chloe Ryan set up numerous scoring opportunities for the team.
Despite Tongala’s hard-working backline putting up a strong fight, Heath Clarke, Sophie Millar and Beau Griffiths all scored goals to give Moama a strong lead heading into the half-time break.
In the second half, Moama continued to dominate, with Charlie Groves, Lachlan Nagle and Denzl Atkinson showing great skill in the midfield.
Tongala never gave up and worked hard to try to move the ball to its forward line; however, Moama was able to extend its lead and take the win, with goals by Angus Clyne, Beau Griffiths and Aydin Betts.
Moama coaches’ award went to Clinton McKee, Beau Griffiths, Aydin Betts, Achilles Murillo, Heath Clarke and Bobby Robinson.
Moama under-14s
On Sunday afternoon, Moama played host to St Augustine’s Blue, in what promised to be a closely fought battle between the evenly matched sides.
Moama’s ruckman Archie Jennings got proceedings under way, providing opportunities for Kaiden Peace, Tom McFarlane and Lachie Jeffreys to push through the centre and set up early scoring opportunities.
Moama’s Ryan McRae was impressive in the forward line, scoring the first goal of the match.
The second quarter saw Moama extend its lead, with Benji Carfoot scoring the first of his two goals. Chayce Green dominated in the forward half, rewarded with a point and a goal for his efforts. St Augustine’s responded at the end of the quarter by kicking its first goal.
In the second half, St Augustine’s had all the momentum as its forwards took control of the game, kicking four goals in quick succession and heading into the final break with a five-point lead over Moama.
In the final quarter, Moama fought hard, with Daniel Jose defending strongly in the back line and Cody Cook scoring a goal late in the quarter; however, St Augustine’s proved too strong, winning 39-35.
