The men’s triples were played on Saturday, October 16, with 12 teams split into two sections.
Each section played round-robin matches over eight ends, with the top two from each section qualifying for the semi-finals.
Semi-final 1: Ian Hamill, Stuart Whyte and Kevin Anderson beat John Shaw, Tony Hawley and Kevin Brennan.
Semi-final 2: Dennis O’Bryan, David Lonnie and Ron Bunting beat Kevin Connolly, Brian Hester and Alan Jones.
Final: Ian Hamill, Stuart Whyte and Kevin Anderson (10) beat Dennis O’Bryan, David Lonnie and Ron Bunting (3).

Final: Mary Kaine, Pam McCloy and Sandra Connolly (12) beat Maxine Hamlin, Lucy Sheppard and Marilyn Stephenson (4).
The first round of Mixed Pairs Club Championships commences this Sunday, October 24, starting at 9:30am.

Indoor Bowls Results (Monday, October 18)
Twenty-three players played three games of nine ends.
The winners on 46 points were P. Reyment (skip), M. Barkham (3rd), P. Joyce (2nd) and L. Prott (lead).
Runners-up with 38 points were V. Gaylor (skip), D. Beer (3rd), C. Glass (2nd) and S. McKinnon (lead).
Consolation prizes went to M. Marwood, Elle Morgan, M. Clancy and B. Glasson.
Echuca
The five-a-side competition will recommence on Tuesday, November 9, and finish on December 7, with play to start in the morning.
Roll-ups continue at the club until the Victorian Government gives the go-ahead for community sports to recommence.
Members are reminded that they are required to sign in with the QR code, disinfect the mats and kitties after use and to ensure they utilise the hand sanitiser supplied for their safety.
It is envisaged that proof of vaccination will be a requirement for all pennant players, and although not yet decided, members are encouraged to ensure they obtain a vaccination document as proof.

Jenharwill Twilight Mixed Triples on Monday, November 15, commencing at 5pm. Tea will be provided after the second game — cost is $20 each.
Ladies Xmas Fours will be held on Wednesday, December 8, starting at 9.30am. Cost is $80 a team. Prizes will consist of hams and turkeys.
Mens Fours Xmas Bonanza will be held on Thursday, December 9, commencing at 9.30am. Cost is $100 a team, with prizes of hams and turkeys.

Midweek pennant practice will again take place this Thursday at 9am, and weekend pennant practice will take place on Saturday — under the same format as per previous weeks — starting at the same times. Further details are available from Don Hicks or Ron Payne.
Mathoura
Pennant is proposed to start in early November, with midweek play from Friday, November 12, and weekend on Saturday, November 13.
Upcoming tournaments at Mathoura include Open Fours on Friday, October 29, sponsored by John McGowan Concreting.
Play will start at 10am, with three games of 12 live ends contested.
The entry fee is $80 per team, with prize money totalling $2000 depending on entries.
Players can purchase their own lunch from the bowlers’ menu at the bar.
The MPL Cup will run on Friday, October 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 6pm.
There will be three games each night, with two sets of five ends of Two Bowl Triples with three or four to a team.
The entry fee is $180 per team, with the total prize money $4320 depending on entries.
