Misfits’ star player Michael Bajowski had an incredible night’s play in round two.
He threw 13 tons including 3 x 180s, a 13-dart leg and had a singles average of 34.55 (three-dart average 103.65) — that’s up there with the best in the world. He’s really set the standard for other wannabes in the league.
Other players to do well in division one: Jo Hadley threw 11 tons, Darren Manners 10 and Dylan Oaff and Janine Cassar both threw seven.
It’s good to see the ladies up with the blokes. There were a couple of 100+ pegs, Cam Hay with 120 and Geoff Ward with 110. Keith Jones and Trevor Hay both threw 180s.
The standout player in division two was Rob Molnar. He had two high pegs, 134 and 90, a short game in 20 darts, nine tons and an average of 17.13. Val McKee had a 108 peg and Neil Templar threw 11 tons.
Round two match results
First division results saw RRGC Misfits continue on their winning way, defeating Falcon’s Double Trouble 7-4.
Lockington’s Projectile Dysfunction had another win, taking care of Falcon Hasbeens also 7-4, and in the final game, Pastoral P*ssheads had a big 8-3 win against the recently promoted Echuca Hotel’s The Shoeless.
Pastoral Warriors cemented their place at the top of the second division ladder with an 8-3 win over Tonny Terrors, and Pastoral Pirates had their first win, just beating Pastoral’s Ocheholics 6-5. Pastoral Passouts had the bye.

We’ll be starting up the Monday night league again shortly. I’ve only had a couple of responses so far. Spaces are limited, as the cut-off is 24 players.
