Playing at the fortress of Moama Recreation Reserve, the host won the toss and elected to bat.
Anthony McMahon (22) was steady at the top of the order for Moama as Russell Stockdale (4) and Kobyn James (6) went cheaply.
Matt Saunders put in a late fight with the bat, ending the first innings on 18 not out.

While Luke Thompson was sharp in the field, his 45 with the bat steered his side to victory.

In the second innings, things started off roughly for the Lions as usual run scorers Regis Chakabva (5) and James Ryan (2) were brought undone early on.
However, the combination of Woody Wilson (41) and vice-captain Luke Thompson (45) all but assured victory for the visitor, before Savith Weerasinghe (16 not out) and Joel Felmingham (9 not out) put the final nail in the coffin.
Woody Wilson was strong at the top of the order, smacking 41.
