With P*ssheads having the bye and Misfits taking care of The Shoeless in a comfortable 9-2 win we now have equal ladder leaders, which makes my prediction for a last round shootout between P*ssheads and Misfits to see who will become the minor premiers a reality.
Hasbeens had a narrow 6-5 teams game result to give themselves a chance of staying in the four and in the final match, while Double Trouble defeated Pastoral Phoenix 8-3.
The situation we have now sees three teams who could fill the last two places in the finals.
Hasbeens must beat Double Trouble, who have a better percentage, next week to secure their place in the finals, or they may find themselves missing out as 26 Jets are poised to overtake them if they have a sizeable win over the winless Phoenix in the last round.
Individual Highlights
Once again, we saw Michael Bajowski as the outstanding player of the round.
He had a mighty average of 27.83, a 180, a 136 pegout and the shortest game in 15 darts.
He also threw a 16 and an 18 dart game as well.
Trevor Kent also threw a 180.
The most tons this round went to our top lady player Joanne Hadley with 14
2nd Division
Pastoral Pirates gave Sore and Achey their 3rd win of the season going down 6-5.
Ocheholics held on to top of the ladder with a 7-4 win over Pastoral Warriors, and Cockadoos denied Dart Devils their first win beating them in another 7-4 result.
The Recyclables had the bye holding on to 2nd place on the ladder.
They are now poised to take top spot on the ladder as Ocheholics have the bye next week and I would expect them to beat Pastoral Warriors.
We have a similar situation in the 2nd division ladder with 4th place up for grabs.
Pirates can’t drop out of the four and it’s unlikely Cockadoos will, but if they lose to the Pirates and Warriors knock off The Recyclables anything could happen.
Individual Highlights
Penny Gritty showed her worth as a player by having the highest average with 16.70.
Karlo Torlao had the shortest game in 18 darts, while Rob Molnar threw the most tons with 7.
The real highlight of the night was Shane Valentine hitting a massive 142 peg, well done Shane.
Kodye Clark hit the only maximum 180.

Pastoral Hotel Grand Prix League
Hopefully, I’ll be starting a Grand Prix knockout series Monday night league at the Pastoral Inn Hotel from June 23.
There will be nightly cash prizes plus a finals night.
It will be limited to 16 players each week, first in best dressed.
It will be all singles, no teams, so turning up is optional.
However, you will need to accumulate points to make it to the finals.
