It was a great battle between Kyabram and Echuca Moama in pennant semi-finals, which Echuca Moama won by four hoops.
The result sent the team into the grand final, which was set to be played on Thursday, April 20.
A big thanks to Shepparton Croquet Club for hosting and supplying morning and afternoon tea.

Last Friday, 14 members all played three games.
Four members won all three games with the best being John Alstin with a +14.
Monday competition saw 17 members play three games.
The winners for the day were Jill Graham and John Alstin, both with a +8.
There were plenty of jump shots, including John Alstin and Johnny Tarrant with two each, as well as one each for Lyn Keillor and John Graham.

Thursday, April 13:
Nineteen members played and only two won three games.
Both were from the Maher family with Dave on +14 ahead of Maree on +13 to be the winner.
Hoops-in-one were scored by Alan Holding, Sid Gomes-Vieira and by all accounts a 'brilliant' one by Helen Brierley. Not to be outdone, Sandra Retallick executed an 'amazing' jump shot.
Tuesday, April 18:
Twenty-two members were playing with only three winning all games.
Our winner was Cheryl Lees on +12 ahead of runner-up Dave Maher on +11. Shirley Johnson scored a hoop-in-one.
There will be many of the top Australian AC players competing this Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23. This is a great opportunity for anyone wondering how AC is played.
Please note the change of start time on Anzac Day will be 12.30pm for a 1pm start.
Due to division two of the Anzac Classic being played, there won't be any social play on Thursday, April 27.
Meanwhile, congratulations to the GVCA team who competed over three days at the Victorian Country Regional AC Championships in Swan Hill, playing up to eight games each.
Kenn Boal from Rich River was fourth in division one, John Young from Shepparton first in division two and John James from Deniliquin first in division three, while David ‘Doc’ Ryant, also from Rich River, was first in division four.
Well done to Russell Smyth (Rich River), who was second in division two while competing for the North Eastern District.
The Rich River Croquet Club was saddened to hear of the passing of Gillian Holding. Deepest sympathies to Alan and his family at this very hard time. A beautiful, strong lady will be missed by so many.
Gillian’s funeral will be held at Tobin Brothers Funerals, 457 High St, Echuca at 11am Thursday, April 27. A private burial will follow.
Gillian loved colour so has requested that colourful clothing be worn.
