Everyone’s favourite NSW and Victorian combined competition, the Murray Football Netball League, is back in action following a general bye.
While Moama and Tongala will be on the move this Saturday, Echuca United will be hosting Cobram at Echuca South Recreation Reserve.
The Magpies will fly over to Rumbalara while the Blues have a fair way to go to face Barooga in what should be a pair of interesting contests.
The Murray League senior football matches will begin at 2pm, while the A-grade netballers will hit the court slightly earlier at 1.30pm.
In the Heathcote District Football Netball League, both Lockington-Bamawm United and Leitchville-Gunbower will be in enemy territory looking to claim important scalps.
The Cats look in prime position to take down Heathcote, while L-G will has an uphill battle on its hands against Colbinabbin.
Both senior football games and the Bombers’ A-grade netball game will begin at 2.30pm while LBU’s A-grade will begin at 1.45pm.
In the Picola District Football Netball League, Picola United will host Katandra while Mathoura will travel to Blighty to take on the Redeyes.
As usual, the senior football games will start at 2.05pm, while the A-grade netballers will hit the court at 1.30pm.
