With the small target in sight, consistent scoring across the order was enough to see Echuca to the win, despite none of the eight batters used reaching double figures.

Bamawm-Lockington United didn’t have enough in the sheds to hunt down Katamatite’s 7-120.
Christina Roberts retired on 21, while Matilda Iddles retired before returning, eventually making 18 unbeaten, as the two leaders for the Katamatite batting effort.

Styles retired on 29, which triggered another Lions decline.
BLU made its way to 86, when Styles was recalled for the last wicket, but she only survived one ball, ending the innings with the Lions still 34 runs short.
Matilda Iddles was the best of the Katamatite bowlers, taking 3-15.
BLU is 1-3, sitting second bottom ahead of a trip to Moama this Sunday.
Rochester v Nathalia
Rochester scored a 55-run win over Nathalia after some strong top-order batting.
Sent in by the visitor, Rochy started well with Hayley Broucek (10 retired not out) and Taya Munro (18) setting a platform for the innings, while Cadence Major really took control upon her introduction, hitting seven boundaries on her way to 38 from 32 balls, retiring not out.
The lower order chipped in with sporadic runs, as Rochy batted out 30 overs and posted 7-139.
Cody Power stood up with the ball for Nathalia, taking 3-17.
The Nathalia run chase started with some positivity, as Jessic Daniel and Abby Favaro paired up to put on 31 for the second wicket, but the Rochy attack soon started to fire.
A crucial run-out ended Favaro’s quick-scoring innings and from then on, the host struck frequently to keep the opposition reeling.
Nathalia lost 4-12, declining to 7-60, and, although the tail tried to wag to extend the game, eventually the visitor was dismissed for 84.
Six bowlers got their name in the wickets column, led by Matilda Shawcross (2-8) and Taya Munro (2-12).
Rochester stays unbeaten with the win and will visit Echuca at its adopted home of Tongala Recreation Reserve this Sunday.
