Reid collected 20 disposals, eight tackles and eight marks in round seven against the unbeaten Lions, following up his round six debut against Footscray.
At Williamstown, Echuca-listed player Darby Henderson put in an early nomination for goal of the year in the Seagulls’ 22-point win over Collingwood.
On top of his 21 disposals and seven tackles, Henderson’s banana from the boundary line was a highlight of a wind-plagued clash, and was one of two goals for Henderson.
Echuca’s Marty Hore was also in the thick of the action, collecting 25 disposals and nine marks, continuing his strong start to the season as he hunts a place back in the AFL.
