Already marked down since the 2025 fixture list was handed down, Moama Recreation Reserve will host the league’s grand final day for the fourth consecutive year and seventh overall.
The big day will be Saturday, September 20, with league general manager Dale Norman calling Moama’s ground the ‘premier venue’ for this season’s decider.
“Moama Recreation Reserve has consistently proven to be the premier venue for major events within the competition,” he said.
“Over the past three seasons, attendance records for the grand final have been surpassed.”
Moama Bowling Club will again be the venue for the league presentations, held the Sunday before the decider, on September 14.
Echuca South Recreation Reserve will also see finals action this year, the Echuca United home ground pegged for the second semi-final, on Saturday, September 6.
As things stand on the senior football ladder, that semi-final would see undefeated league-leader Congupna take on Moama, with a spot in the grand final on the line, while in A-grade netball, a clash between Rumbalara and Nathalia looks likely.
